Cuff-Tastic!!
As I was browsing through Outrageous last week I noticed a completetly "Outrageous" trend, which is, none other than cuffs! This Spring cuffs are going to be a major trend. They can be worn either alone or doubled. At Outrageous I noticed there is a cuff for every girl; with ones ranging from gems to studs to glitter.
